Whenever I coach, the first thing people do is ask me for answers. I’m like, “Oh my God, you’ve got the wrong lady. I don’t have any answers for you.”
All of the answers you have either can be answered through working with a therapist or working within yourself.
This has been an ongoing theme in my life, helping people explore what’s within themselves and how they can solve their own problems, moving people from a state of learned helplessness to active leadership in their own lives.
Now, I get to help people do this through The Self-Leadership Summit. I’ve been able to have conversations about helping people understand who they are today, where they want to be in the future, and then incrementally closing that gap. In December, I am sharing it with the world – well, sort of.
